MY APPROACH

  • Over the past 13 years of teaching and 20 years of being a student, I have evolved my teaching style to parallel the ever-changing human body. My foundation is Classical but have many layers of anatomy workshopping and studying with masters of different approaches to fitness and functional movement.

  • Pilates is a whole body practice, focusing on breath to connect deeper, mindfulness to move more intelligently, and working from the deep core to find balance and stability. Sessions have a dynamic balance of fundamental practices and fresh new challenges sequenced together seamlessly and specifically for each client.
